He Is Providing For Us Exodus 1-4 Moses’ life is an example of God’s Goodness by reminding us He keeps His Word and Provides for us in three ways: 1. God is good—He gives us His Presence Exodus 3:10-12a - We can doubt if we are qualified to serve God“who am I…?” - We question our character - God says “I will certainly be with you” - This is about the Great “I AM” not us! 2. God is good—He gives us His Power Exodus 4:1-5 - We can doubt if we are positioned to serve God - “what if…?” - We question our circumstances - God says “this will take place…” (v. 5) - God is empowering us to accomplish His will 3. God is good—He gives us His People Exodus 4:10-13 - We can doubt if we are able to serve God - “Please, Lord, I have never been…” (v. 10) - We question our competency - God has the answer to our doubts of ability Exodus 3:11-12 - “I will help you” - “I will teach you” - Moses still doubts (v. 13) - God provides people to help!
