CREATED TO WORSHIP Committed Worship Romans 12:1-2 Committed worship means we offer the totaity of ourselves in continual surrender to God. Romans 12:1 - How do we offer ourselves as a living sacrifices? consider all of life as Holy. God calls us to live "set apart" for His glory. 1 Peter 1:14-16 seek to live in an acceptable or pleasing way to God. Psalm 24:3-4 Continual surrender to God is living in His presence with Intentionality. Psalm 19:14 Committed worship moves us toward the goal God desires for our lives. Roman 12:2 - The goal God desiers is for us to be a disciple of Jesus - . spending time with Jesus . becoming like Jesus . doing the things Jesus did - Two commands help us to achieve the goal of being a disciple and a committed worshipper. . Negative: do not allow the orld to squeeze you into its mold. . Positive: be being transformed by the renewing of your mind. - Living in God's will is the greatest blessing we could have in this life. . God's wil is good, acceptable, and perfect.
