The Reality of a Correct Perspective Romans 8:18-22 - Suffering is real because we live - in a fallen world. .. v. 19 looks forward. .. v. 20-22 speaks to the reality that all creation is experiencing now. Genesis 3:17-19 Isaiah 24:4-6 - Glory is coming because we live - in relationship with a Good God. .. Our perspective must remain on what’s ahead. .. Glory is coming, 2 Corinthians 4:16-18 2. The Reality of a Coming Promise Romans 8:23-25 - Glory is real because we live - in a future world. .. v. 23 tells us we again we have the Spirit. .. v. 23 —Adoption (he says we are eagerly waiting for it????) As God’s children we are now living in two worlds. .. We live practically in this world. .. We experience the “already” and the “not yet.” - Glory is real because we live - with a Hope that is sure and certain. .. Until we experience the promise we live by faith, not by sight! 2 Corinthians 5:7 .. Until we experience the promise we eagerly wait for it with patience.
