“FEARLESS” I AM A CHILD OF GOD Romans 8:12-17 Fearless—The Spirit of God Lives in Me - No Condemnation “In Christ” - Empowered to Think and Act in the Spirit - Guaranteed to be Raised to Life like Jesus The Spirit in Me Means - I Am a Child of God (v.12-15) - I am being led by God’s Spirit demonstrating my relationship with Him. - God chose us in Adoption, and we have full rights and never will we be separated. I call Him "Father" (Abba, Father) .. This is used 3 times in the New Testament Mark 14:36 - Romans 8:15 - Galatians 4:6 The Spirit in Me Means - I Am ASSURED, I Am a Child of God (v.16-17) - The Holy Spirit is Speaking to Me. - The Holy Spirit is Securing Me. My inheritance is SEALED, SECURED, and RESERVED! Eph. 1:13-14 - 1 Peter 1:3-5 My suffering points me to Eternity. .. If Jesus suffered, what right do I have to not suffer? ..
