Who Cares? The Movement Acts 8:26-40 Jerry Zucha, Lead Pastor March 20, 2022 - We must consider the CONDITION OF OUR HEART - (Prov. 4:23) THE HEART OF A SEEKER God gives a desire to search for Him. - He was right to look to Scripture for his answer. - Scripture points to Jesus—The Savior. God desires to remove the barriers that keep people from Him. - There are many who feel excluded and unwelcome in churches today. - The barrier of religion needed to be removed. - He came to worship but left empty. - He left empty because he was extended no real answer for his condition. - The barrier of lack of understanding needed to be removed. - The ministry and work of the Holy Spirit must be appropriated. THE HEART OF A SERVANT God gives a desire to serve Him. - The servant’s heart is marked by obedience. - The servant’s heart is marked by Spirit-led preparation. Next Steps: Who Cares? - Do I care?
