Who Cares?- Sermon Series Moving from Resignation to Rededication THE CULTURE 2 Timothy 3:1-5 The exchange of affection - Three evidences of exchanged affection: 1. Narcissism: love of self. (Humility is the biblical answer) 2. Materialism: love of money. (Generosity is the biblical answer) 3. Hedonism: love of pleasure. (Integrity is the biblical answer) The appearance that lacks power - Our culture has a form of godliness that has no power. - A powerless church has no ability to impact the culture. - We must understand the “avoid these people” command.
